What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet customers, and support licensed representatives
• Assist with administrative tasks like document scanning, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Help manage our agency's social media and online presence
• Support event planning and community engagement initiatives
• Gain exposure to customer relationship management and agency operations
• Work directly with the agent and licensed team to understand how we serve our clients
• Bring energy, creativity, and attention to detail to every task
