Your future role at a glance Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Plaza Department: Autism Outpatient Resource Center Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Salary: $63,363.30 - $92,668.83 per year How you'll make an impact in this role Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. Administer individual and group therapy. Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provide the patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or transfer date. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
