Sentara Home Care Infusion is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor.

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Overview

The Clinical Supervisoris responsible forcoordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality efficient and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff physicians and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making staff development and program implementation while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate andallocatepatient care resources to ensureoptimalclinical outcomes.

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff physicians and patients.

• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadershipregardingcomplex or sensitive situations.

• Assistin the development and implementation of clinical programs policies and procedures.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Support staff development through coaching mentoring and performance feedback.

• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.

• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Certification/Licensure

• RN license in state of practicerequired.

• BLSrequiredwithin30 daysof hire

Experience

• 2yearsHome Health and Hospice experiencerequired.

• 2 years Home Infusion experiencerequired.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103542.40 - $151257.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
