Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor's, master's, or associate degree as applicable to the profession.
• Active state license in the applicable discipline required to start employment in Florida.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in outpatient or ambulatory-care settings.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training therapy staff.
• Experience developing therapy programs, protocols, and quality-improvement processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary care and managing caseloads across an outpatient clinic.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong communication skills for staff mentorship, patient family interactions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• For educational settings, a valid state special education certificate may be required.
