Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide thorough evaluation of patients’ mental health status using established diagnostic criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural considerations and specific patient needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each client.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, delivering therapeutic interventions and strategies tailored to their mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical notes in compliance with departmental protocols and regulations.

• Collaborate with patients, integrating feedback to create comprehensive care plans that align with patients' personal goals and recovery objectives.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing input and coordinating care with other health professionals and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory, along with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Additionally, we are pleased to extend a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to the successful candidate.
