This is a unique opportunity to work as an embedded team member with our client, Warner Brothers Discovery, out of their Flatiron District office in New York City, gaining the kind of hands-on, brand-side experience that is rare in a traditional agency role. As a Senior Analyst, Programmatic, you will own the strategic planning and execution of programmatic campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to deliver actionable insights and optimize performance. You will translate approved plans into campaign builds and activations that achieve the goal and objective.

Responsibilities include independently planning, launching, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns across display, mobile, video, and social platforms. You will communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. You will support inventory assessments and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities. You will manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts for timely launches. You will oversee campaign QA in billing systems and support in builds where necessary. You will develop client-facing performance reports, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve campaign issues. You will apply advanced analytics and bid management techniques to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. You will stay ahead of industry trends and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities. You will leverage AI-based tools to enhance Programmatic Activation efficiency and campaign performance. You will build strong relationships with Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams to drive integrated solutions.

Qualifications include 1+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. You should have hands-on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and familiarity with DMPs. You should have a strong understanding of programmatic metrics. You should have strong troubleshooting, QA discipline, and project management skills. You should be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. You should be resourceful, curious, and motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred. You should have familiarity with digital workflow tools inclusive of leveraging traffic sheets, creative rotations, Prisma, billing, etc. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
