What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with real warmth and real conversation — never scripts

• Make honest menu recommendations based on what guests actually like

• Show up as yourself and help create a welcoming, human atmosphere

• Own mistakes quickly and fix them with kindness and humility

Deliciously Bold

• Bring high energy and personality to the front counter

• Speak confidently about our bold flavors, signature dishes, and specials

• Help create a fun, upbeat vibe that makes the experience memorable

• Celebrate guest moments with enthusiasm and a little Biscuit Belly flair

Relentless Hospitality

• Anticipate guest needs before they ask — refills, suggestions, solutions

• Keep the front counter flowing smoothly during busy periods

• Support teammates by running food, helping expo, or jumping in where needed

• Handle guest concerns with calmness, grace, and generosity

Core Responsibilities

• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS and process payments

• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

• Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth

• Assist with running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room

• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
