Our President is calling for reinforcements-we need a Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant who can help our Brand Manager to keep pace with our growth and help sustain the high standards our customers expect with Sales Department support. What You Will Work On- Sales Support: Assist Sales Management with daily administrative tasks, including order entry and follow-up, coordinating team communications, and scheduling meetings.
- Resource Management: Support the organization, purchasing, and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items, and customer gifts.
- Data Management: Log activities and outcomes in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of sales and customer interactions.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in arranging travel, accommodations, and logistical planning for trade shows, conferences, and customer-focused events.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service standards.
- Product and Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our market and products to effectively address and anticipate customer questions and needs.
- Team Collaboration: Engage actively in our Customer First culture, promoting a positive environment and enhancing customer relationships through proactive teamwork.
- Administrative Experience: Proven background as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within sales or marketing environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator with experience liaising with company management and internal sales teams; able to clearly convey and interpret information.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Analytical Listening: Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to extract key information during sales meetings and interactions.
- Proactive Learning: A self-motivated individual who is committed to continual learning and professional development.
- Strong Desire to Learn: Demonstrates a keen interest in expanding knowledge and skills, both within and beyond current role.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and generate solutions promptly to support sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- CRM Experience is preferred, but not required to apply.
