Job Summary The Supervisor, Programmatic leads programmatic planning and activation, combining account management, strategic planning and learning & development to optimize media performance for Horizon’s clients. Main Duties and Responsibilities Account Management (60%) – Architect impactful brainstorming and strategic thinking sessions; lead development of pixel strategies; first‑pass quality review of DSP setup; run client account status meetings; provide entry‑level training and onboarding. Strategic Planning & Optimizations (20%) – Identify testing opportunities across platforms; maintain understanding of client activities outside programmatic to strengthen integrated media plans. Learning & Development (20%) – Serve as subject‑matter reference; manage onboarding and training for new contributors; support case‑study development and communication of campaign successes. Supervisory Responsibilities – Manage up to three Assistants, Associates or Senior Associates. Qualifications and Skills At least 3 years of in‑platform programmatic experience. Advanced user of at least two DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Walmart Connect, Amazon, Yahoo). Self‑starter with advanced business maturity. At least 1 year of management experience. Proven ability to develop, implement and improve business processes. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of optimization analytics. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously. Benefits Salary range: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00.
