Payrate: $25–$32/hr + Overtime |

What You'll Do:

As a Class A Fitter/Welder , you'll play a critical role in fabricating and assembling high-quality components while working from blueprints and engineering drawings.

✅ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

✅ Fit, fabricate, and weld structural steel and pipe components

✅ Perform MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG welding

✅ Ensure weld quality meets ASME and company standards

✅ Work closely with production and quality teams to deliver exceptional products

✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

✅ What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of fitting/welding experience in manufacturing or equivalent training
• Strong blueprint reading and fitting experience
• Experience with:
  • MIG Welding
  • Flux-Core Welding
  • TIG Welding
  • Pipe Welding
• Ability to pass:
  • 3G MIG/Flux-Core Plate Test
  • 6G TIG Pipe Test (ASME Standards)

Preferred:

• Structural steel fabrication experience
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
