Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Food Production Workers to join a busy meat processing facility in Owasso. This second-shift position is responsible for inspecting meat products, operating processing equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and food safety standards throughout the production process.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met throughout production
• Safely operate needle processing equipment according to company procedures
• Package and box finished products for shipment and customer orders
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and safety policies
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and production schedules
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
• Experience working in refrigerated production environments
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy and consistency

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 20-70 lbs throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Must wear required PPE and follow all food safety requirements

Work Environment
• Cold, refrigerated meat processing facility
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Exposure to food-processing equipment, refrigerated temperatures, and food production odors
