Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Production Workers to join a leading meat processing facility in Owasso. This position supports production operations by handling materials, working on production lines, and maintaining product quality while following strict food safety and production standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with extremely cold temperatures.

Required Experience & Skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 20-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working in extremely cold environments (approximately -45°F)
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support daily production line operations in a meat processing facility
• Lift, move, and handle meat products and production materials safely
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality and food safety standards
• Inspect products for quality throughout the production process
• Follow all company safety procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and additional production tasks as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous food processing or manufacturing experience
• Experience working in refrigerated or freezer environments
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy and consistency

Physical Requirements
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20-70 lbs throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to work for extended periods in extremely cold temperatures (-45°F)
• Must wear all required PPE and comply with food safety and sanitation requirements
