Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced PCU/Stepdown environment
• Monitor and assess patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-acute recovery processes
• Accurately document care and communicate updates as necessary

$1,706 - $1,866/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
