Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill patients
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients requiring intermediate/stepdown monitoring
• Recognize and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
