Opportunity Details Trinity Health Grand Rapids is an active member of the Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan, along with member organizations at Trinity Health Muskegon and University of Michigan Health - West, with the goal to create the highest quality, innovative, comprehensive cardiovascular care for the people of West Michigan. Requirements Advanced Heart Failure fellowship required Open to new Fellows Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
