Head of Facilities & Maintenance

Fundamental is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and oversee the facility's safety, appearance and reliability. You will manage supervision staff, implement a preventive maintenance program and prioritize urgent repairs to keep the center in top condition. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with HVAC certification a plus. Relevant experience in long-term care facilities is preferred, and reliable transportation is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
