Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing & Rehab Location: Wellspring Lutheran Services - Fairview Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Fairview, MI 48621 Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem | Hourly Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview is seeking an LPN who values compassionate, long‑term care of older adults. Complete daily assessments and document physical and emotional well‑being. Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes. Support and supervise unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures. Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection‑control practices. Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs. What You Bring Current Michigan LPN license (required). Graduated from an accredited LPN program. Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med‑surg, critical care, or similar). Genuine commitment to serving an elder population with patience, respect and compassion.
