Senior Director of Finance & Analytics - Contract to Hire

Location: Brentwood, TN (Greater Nashville preferred) | Atlanta or remote may be considered Reportsto: CEOOur healthcare client is seeking an experienced and hands-on finance and analytics professional to build and lead its finance function as the company continues to grow. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic financial planning, forecasting, business analytics, and team leadership. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team, helping guide key business decisions through financial modeling, reporting, and data-driven insights. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes and teams from the ground up rather than stepping into an already established structure. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, payer analytics, and executive reporting while helping develop dashboards and tools that give leaders better visibility into business performance. You'll also support growth initiatives by evaluating new opportunities, creating financial models, and assessing the economics of new programs and partnerships. What They're Looking For8+ years of experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, or financial analytics.Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise.Experience working directly with executives and presenting insights to leadership or boards.Ability to turn complex healthcare, claims, and financial data into actionable business recommendations.Previous experience building teams, processes, and reporting capabilities from scratch.Healthcare industry experience, particularly with physician groups, value-based care, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, or payer analytics, is highly preferred.
