Active State PTA license required to start the assignment in Illinois. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Client requirement: ability to provide care within a skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Preferred: experience with geriatric patient population and restorative therapy programs. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
