Quality Life Services is looking to add a Human Resources (HR) Manager to our team!


As a Human Resources (HR) Manager you will be helping us provide exceptional care to our residents and patients by supporting the Human Resource functions for the long-term-care facilities in your region. Our HR Managers play a critical role in the support and onboarding of our staff.


About This Role

Quality Life Services is in needs of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to help assist at our facilities located in Butler and Armstrong Counties. You will split your time between two locations in your territory to help support HR needs. You will have guidance and support from our Director of Human Resources.

JOB DUTIES:

• Initiate and coordinate offers of employment with prospective employees
• Oversee pre-hire requirements and ensure candidates are cleared and prepared for their start date
• Coordinate and lead new hire Welcome Days, orientation, and onboarding activities
• Ensure new hire documentation and onboarding requirements comply with applicable Department of Health, Department of Labor, and company standards
• Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership
• Coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, attendance, workplace conduct, communication, and application of company policies
• Guide and support managers through corrective action, investigations, performance improvement, and other employee relations matters
• Promote consistent HR practices across assigned locations and escalate complex or high-risk employee relations concerns as appropriate
• Assist with interviews, recruiting efforts, and staffing needs as needed
• Support employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture within assigned location

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience in the Healthcare field preferred
• Background in HR positions and experience working autonomously
• Strong knowledge of HR related regulations and policies
• Experience in onboarding, handling HR questions and issues, and hiring/recruitment
• Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills
