Our growing law firm client in Sacramento is seeking a professional and dependable Legal Receptionist to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and legal documents
• Maintain client files and perform general administrative tasks
• Support attorneys and legal staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or legal office experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
