Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is searching for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our fast-casual dining team in Downers Grove. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant restaurant environment and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You'll play a key role in managing staff, enhancing team performance, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement. Join us in our mission to redefine the dining experience in the restaurant industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and revenue
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll within budget
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care
- Monitor restaurant performance and prepare financial reports
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software
