Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, inventory, and production variances
• Track Yield and OEE across 7 production lines
• Own monthly financial reporting and plant cost-center analysis
• Compare actuals vs. budget and identify key cost drivers
• Build financial dashboards and reporting tools
• Present findings and recommendations directly to plant leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, plant finance, or industrial FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs and variance analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
