Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditions Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn components Perform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Record production data and complete shift logs accurately Load raw materials and monitor material feed Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediately Commitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiatives Identify, label, weigh and dispose of scrap Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiency Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction Identify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviation Perform all other duties as assigned Live our Core Values Contact person: Helen Corona Human Resources Assistant View email address on click.appcast.io We're GF, the global leader in Flow Solutions, solving some of the world's most urgent challenges from ensuring access to clean water, supporting safe industrial processes and building critical infrastructure to enabling efficient buildings.
