The new team member will also enjoy an atmosphere that encourages growth, provides opportunities for continued learning, and promotes from within.The most qualified candidate will be able to:Making, modifying, and/or repairing tools, dies, molds, jigs, fixtures.Perform preventive maintenance and die conditioningSharpening, repair and create close tolerance tooling to re-build a die.Support stamping production by troubleshooting more complex diesSupport production floorIn order for the candidate to be successful they will need:High school diploma or equivalent.3 years of tight tolerance tool related experience.Capable of using standard tools and measurement devices (GD&T) such as micrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges and calipers.Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, blueprints, quality specifications, and other related documents.Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skillsStrong sense of responsibility and ownershipObserves all safety rules.Maintains a neat and well-organized work area.This position is offering annual salary based on experience, benefits package including; Major Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Vacation, PTO, and monthly celebration lunches!
