Commercial Lines Account Manager - Transportation - California Remote

A large independent insurance agency is adding to the Commercial Lines team! Are you looking to join an agency that offers a variety of products and services backed by phenomenal customer service ratings?? This role is ideal for an Account Manager looking to join a top-rated and collaborative agency!
The Sweet Stuff:
- Compensation: $75k - $85k annual salary
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan

- Location: Remote, hybrid, and onsite options available
The Ideal Fit:
- Experience: 3-4+ years commercial account management experience - servicing small, medium, and large transport fleets (preference to candidates that have experience with transportation accounts)
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other insurance software
What's on Your Plate:
- Service small, medium, and large transport fleets
- Prepare and submit applications with underwriting information provided by producers.
- Follow up with markets to obtain quotations.
- Build strong client relationships through a positive approach, building trust and professionalism.
- Process marketing renewals, certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
- Promptly handle requests for information and documentation.
