Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential to managing and supporting a book of business that includes both personal and select commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This position offers a hybrid work environment after a probationary period, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote after probation). Benefits: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business comprising 80% personal lines and 20% select commercial lines accounts. Handle back-end account management tasks, including quoting, renewals, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inbound inquiries and proactively managing client needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account transitions and workload balance. Utilize AMS software to maintain accurate records and streamline account management processes. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably with a background in independent agencies or captive environments. Familiarity with Travelers and Liberty Mutual products is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS software or similar account management systems. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing accounts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
