Overview
Registered Nurse – NICU (Travel) in Pennington, New Jersey. Start date 10/07/2026 for 7 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a weekly pay range of $2,022 to $2,071. Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. You’ll work in a Level III NICU within a hospital setting that includes 12 intensive care bassinets and 15 Level II bassinets, using Cerner EMR. This assignment is part of a Travel Nursing program managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for neonates in a Level III NICU, including respiratory support and continuous monitoring
- Assess patient status, interpret vitals, respond to changes, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the neonatology team
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed; assist with procedures (IV placement, line maintenance, ventilator support, incubator care)
- Document all patient information accurately in the Cerner EMR; maintain thorough and compliant charting
- Partner with families to educate and support parents, promoting family-centered NICU care
- Maintain infection control, pain management, nutrition support, and adherence to unit protocols

Requirements
- Active RN license in NJ or compact licensure accepted at submission
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
- BLS and NRP certifications current
- Ability to work the night shift in a high-acuity NICU setting and participate in a travel assignment
