What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care for an average of 10-12 patients per day in a Level III NICU
• Attend delivery rooms and participate in neonatal resuscitations
• Perform procedures such as PICC line and umbilical line placements, needle aspirations, and chest tube insertions
• Collaborate with supervising physicians during shifts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care using the Epic EMR system
• Support the unit's trauma level III designation and work within a multidisciplinary team

What You Need

• Active Michigan state license (no new license candidates)
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Neonatal ICU experience (min. required; recent experience preferred)
• Board certification in Neonatology (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and patient management
• Ability to remain engaged and work effectively under supervision

About the Assignment
This assignment is with a leading facility in Lansing, Michigan, providing inpatient neonatal intensive care. The unit is currently short-staffed due to operational adjustments and seeks experienced NICU providers to support high-quality patient care. Credentialing is approximately 120+ days; full background and compliance requirements will be managed promptly.
