Retirement Services Sales Representative

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services. In this role, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With a little help from our top‑notch sales training, you'll connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that put millions of employees on the road to retirement readiness. This position requires a dynamic sales approach where each interaction is unique. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. In addition to selling Retirement Services solutions, you will strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts; building long‑term relationships with clients. Collaborate Daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Qualifications Proven Winner. 2+ years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience including prospecting and territory management. Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone. Team Player. Can work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates. Trusted Advisor. Builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises every time. A college degree is great but not required. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience. Military experience – we recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences veterans bring to the table. Preferred Qualifications Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
