If you like bringing parts to spec with a keen eye and steady hands, this role is for you.

• Grind, deburr, and finish precision sheet metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
• Eliminate burrs and sharp edges; achieve consistent, spec-compliant surface finishes per blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform visual and tactile checks; validate dimensions with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
• Flag defects and recommend improvements to supervisors to keep quality and throughput high.
• Maintain and clean finishing equipment; manage debris and dust per safety and environmental procedures.
• Use PPE at all times (gloves, safety glasses, respirators) and follow all safety protocols.
• Partner with machine operators, welders, and inspectors to meet production goals.
• Assist with part flow, organization, and cross-training across the finishing department.

• 1+ year in grinding, deburring, or metal finishing (preferred).
• Precision sheet metal experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Comfortable reading blueprints and quality standards; strong manual dexterity.
• Proficiency with hand grinders, deburring tools, and finishing equipment.
• Detail-driven, reliable, and collaborative.

• Standing for long periods; repetitive motions; lift up to 50 lbs.; bending and reaching.
• Exposure to metal dust, noise, and temperature changes.
• Regular interaction with production, engineering, quality, and management teams.
• PPE required.

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday–Friday
• Some flexibility may be required based on production needs.

• $18 – $24 per hour
