Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and schedules

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities

• Review blueprints, schematics, and HVAC technical drawings

• Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Track project progress and provide regular status updates

• Resolve project issues with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors

• Conduct site inspections for quality control and compliance

• Handle change orders, documentation, and project closeout processes

• Maintain budget control and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing HVAC construction projects

• Strong background in commercial or industrial construction management

• Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and schematics

• Experience with site supervision, safety protocols, and quality assurance

• Strong project scheduling and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and time management abilities

• Experience with civil engineering plans or civil site work is a plus
