Project Manager

Responsibilities Kforce is looking for a Project Manager in Rochester, NY for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The project manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities in engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll‑out, and other non‑IT based projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field PMI or PMP certification preferred 5‑7 years of experience required Verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage one's time Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and related software Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
