Job Description

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Phone soft skills, troubleshooting, service desk experience a plus, understand of computers and their operating systems. A degree (2 or 4 year) in a technical related field. Managers note: Will be providing support via phone, email and chat. Experience working in a service desk previously is a plus. Looking to a technical background and a candidate who is engaged and is ready to learn. Manager is looking for some level of technical experience, but will also consider recent college grads.
