Accounts Receivable Specialist Full Time On-site, Greenville, TX, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1002 Salary Range: $38,000.00 To $42,000.00 Annually Innovation First International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing customers, collecting and posting payments, and managing collection efforts for past due accounts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process accounts receivable transactions including check, credit card, and ACH payments Create, post, and distribute invoices and statements to customers Post receivable transactions into ERP system Manage collection efforts for delinquent accounts via phone calls, emails, and other correspondences to customers Work directly with other departments such as sales, operations, and shipping Report on account status for past due customers General office duties including scanning, filing, and mail distribution Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional and positive approach. Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English is highly valued, particularly for positions supporting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; experience using CRM systems is preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable/payable highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles preferredStrong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary based on experience.
