Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an exciting contract opportunity as a School Psychologist serving a vibrant K-12 student community near Sterling Heights, MI. Beginning August 31, 2026, and concluding June 11, 2027, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and administrators to nurture positive student outcomes and create a supportive learning environment.

Your role offers a consistent weekday schedule—37.5 hours spread across five days each week—allowing you to make a significant difference across a diverse caseload. Utilize your specialized training to assess, counsel, and facilitate intervention plans for students spanning kindergarten through high school.

Key Qualifications & Certification:

• Current Michigan State School Psychologist Certification required
• Proven experience supporting K-12 student populations
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
• Support crisis intervention and contribute to the development of positive behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
