HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to support our team based at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group is a multispecialty medical group made up of over 350 providers across 60 clinics throughout central and southern Illinois inclusive of HSHS Medical Group is an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System, which is a Catholic, non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system comprised of 13 hospitals across Illinois and Wisconsin guided by our mission and grounded in modern best practices.

Position Details:

• PRN, pick up shifts as your schedule allows
• 24 hour shifts in house
• Level II Nursery
• Compensation: Hourly rate of $79.57
• Core Function: Provider

Education Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications:

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
