Salary: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Warren Roofing is North Bay’s leading commercial roofing service & maintenance company, managing more than 8.7 million square feet of commercial roofing.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and passionate Service Account Manager who enjoys working with a team and building strong relationships with customers.

This is a hands-on position that combines office management, field inspections, estimating, project coordination, and customer meetings. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a construction, commercial roofing, facilities/building maintenance or Service work background who enjoys both field and office work.

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of construction or facilities/building maintenance experience

· Valid California driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements

· Professional, dependable, and organized

· Clean and neat presentation

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality

· Ability to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
