Maintenance Technician I – Apartments$20–$26/hr + Full BenefitsLocation: Sandy, OR (Sandyplace Apartment Homes) Schedule: Full-Time (32 hours) | Friday - Monday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhy This Job?$20-$26 per hourFull benefits (health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match)Paid holidays, including your birthday$50/month phone stipendMileage reimbursementStable, full-time positionOpportunity to build and grow your maintenance skillsTeam-oriented and supportive work environmentNon-Exempt position, eligible for overtime payWhat You'll DoPerform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and appliance repairsHelp maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire propertyComplete routine work orders and preventative maintenance tasksMaintain common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, laundry rooms, restrooms, and model apartmentsPerform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and pruningConduct daily property walks and remove trash and debrisAssist with snow and ice removal to maintain a safe communityHelp maintain pool areas, including basic pool upkeep and water testingPressure wash, paint curbs, and assist with general property upkeep projectsSupport property inspections and safety initiativesAccurately document completed work and maintenance activitiesMay occasionally assist in cleaning company Airbnb propertiesWhat We're Looking ForOne year of maintenance, porter, janitorial, landscaping, construction, or related experience preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairsStrong work ethic with a commitment to safety and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceAs a Maintenance Technician I, you'll play an important role in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained.
