Our agency opened in November 2021 and has grown into a strong team of six experienced professionals with over 25 years of combined industry knowledge. I was a team member for 10 years before becoming an agent, so I truly understand what it takes to succeed in this business. I decided to open my agency because I was tired of seeing people taken advantage of simply due to a lack of understanding. With a servant’s heart, I’m committed to educating and supporting our customers every step of the way.

As a mom of two, I value work-life balance and offer my team that same flexibility to prioritize their families. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Isabelle Garcia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
