POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative, clerical, and billing support to revenue cycle management and operational teams Assist with healthcare billing, collections activities, and preparation of documentation for billing, appeals, and reporting Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and records while ensuring accuracy and timely data entry Document client interactions and assist with research and issue resolution related to patient and billing inquiries Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred 1+ years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, commercial and government payors, and general billing processes preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Notary certification preferred, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from.
