What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our legal team, you will: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness Manage family law matters from intake through resolution Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using Clio Draft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervision Support attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readiness Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court procedures Meet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality work Help create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitions What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and people-focused.
