Experienced Concrete Lifting Technician

It’s an opportunity for a skilled, motivated technician who wants to be trusted, challenged, and valued.You’ll use polyurethane injection equipment to lift and level concrete, stabilize soil, and create long-lasting solutions for our customers. Every project is different, so you’ll need to think strategically, pay close attention to detail, and work closely with your crew to get the job done safely, efficiently, and correctly.Compensation:$25 - $35 HourlyResponsibilities:Evaluate job-site conditions and determine the best concrete-lifting strategyPerform concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization using polyurethane injection equipmentOperate specialized machinery and tools safely and accuratelyTroubleshoot unexpected conditions and adjust the plan when necessaryWork closely with your crew through every stage of the projectPrepare job sites and protect customers’ homes, landscaping, and propertyMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesInspect, clean, and maintain equipment to keep it performing at its bestCommunicate professionally with customers, explain the work being completed, and address questions or concernsTake ownership of the finished product and make sure every job meets Sealtite’s standardsQualifications:Have previous experience in concrete lifting, concrete repair, polyurethane injection, soil stabilization, or a closely related fieldTake pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality workEnjoy solving problems and figuring out the best way to complete a challenging jobCan operate machinery and tools with precision and careWork well independently but understand that great results require teamworkShow up dependable, prepared, and ready to contributeCommunicate well with customers and co-workersAre humble enough to keep learning and relentless enough to finish the job rightAccept coaching, take responsibility, and look for ways to improveBring a positive attitude and believe work can be both productive and enjoyableHave a high school diploma or GED, preferredAbout CompanyWhy Sealtite?At Sealtite, you won’t be treated like just another salesperson or another number on a report.
