Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Mid Atlantic

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison for the Mid-Atlantic region to lead Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy and regional marketing education in lung and head and neck oncology. The field-based role requires extensive travel and collaboration across medical affairs, sales, and brand teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional KOL engagement and marketing education strategy with faculty development oversight
- Build and maintain relationships with academic, community KOLs, and key stakeholders
- Monitor regional lung and head and neck cancer trends; coordinate marketing plans with cross-functional partners
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape RYBREVANT brand strategy and direction
- Manage regional marketing budget and partner on analytics to understand treatment pattern variations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical affairs, sales, or key account management
- Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professional organizations
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to innovate and deliver results
- Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in oncology
- Knowledge of ACCME, HCC, and PhRMA compliance guidelines
- Willingness to travel greater than 50% including weekends for field events
