Solutions Architect

Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking a Solutions Architect to work in in our Fairfax, VA office.Everforth ECS is looking for a Solutions Architect to support a variety of initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and Big Data/Cloud solutions. This role serves as a senior technical leader within the Business Unit – Intel team. This is not a project management role; however, it requires strong leadership and deep technical expertise in areas such as software architecture and enterprise system integration. The Architect will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and project managers across multiple efforts to rapidly develop and deploy solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate fosters a culture of customer service, innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as form factor and hardware SME, coordinating deployment of hardware across multiple locations and customersAdvise and support accurate inventory of equipment, including deployed assets and site points of contactEnsure all systems and components are tested, integrated, and fully functional prior to delivery, including follow-up post installTrack patches and maintain records to ensure all systems remain compliant with information assurance requirementsReport technical issues and troubleshooting activities to customers and stakeholdersManage customer expectations regarding deployment timelinesAdvise and support ECS product development and deployment efforts across the Business UnitDevelop and maintain training standards for technical staffSupport growth related initiatives within the Business Unit but within the broader ECS EnterpriseSupport and provide knowledge transfer to team members and clientsOther duties as required to meet the Customer’s mission requirementsSupport cloud deployments of COTS or GOTS software leveraging OpenShift and other third-party capabilitiesSalary 180,000-220,000 Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of related experienceActive TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI poly7+ years related experienceExperience on major AI Programs within the ICExperience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level systemsExperience and strong familiarity with OpenShiftStrong collaboration skills in fast-paced, mission-driven environmentsExperience working with third-party vendorsProficiency in creating architecture and data flow diagrams (e.g., Visio)Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Windows and Linux operating systemsAbility to travel frequently (primarily within CONUS)Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologiesSelf-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: AI / Data / AnalyticsSalaried: Salaried
