Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal standards as well as site‑specific policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
