About This Role The Sp Unit Staff RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Highlights Pay: $58 - $80/hour Location: Downey, CA Facility: Downey Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed. Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control. Document nursing processes and interventions accurately. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to workplace safety principles. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
