Highlights Pay: $70 - $96/hour Location: Downey, CA Facility: Downey Medical Center Department/Unit: Labor & Delivery-General Schedule: Full Time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as necessary. Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control. Document nursing processes and interventions accurately. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities. Maintain a safe environment and adhere to workplace safety principles. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
