- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual abilities or experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
- Training or certification in specialized therapy approaches such as PROMPT, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), or Dysphagia management.
- Experience with telepractice and remote therapy delivery platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare providers, and families, to coordinate care and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate clients and their families about communication disorders and strategies to support improvement outside of therapy sessions.
- Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development.
Skills:
