The Forklift Operator - Stocking is primarily responsible and accountable for stocking all finished good material from production into the appropriate area in the warehouse. Night Shift Schedule 6:40 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating 36-hour / 48-hour Schedule Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Every Other Weekend Off Hourly rate: $19 Shift Differential: $2 Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 Quarterly Bonus up to 10% Benefits begin on your first day of employment! Work diligently to consistently open/reorganize/consolidate bays as appropriate with changeover schedule impact as a priority. Comply with inventory management, including but not limited to individual pallet tracking, cycle counts, rework, and customer returns. Work with other departments involved in activities relating to customer returns, product integrity, and production of finished goods. Utilize RF terminal to properly scan appropriate product to staging location and electronically record movement of inventory to order from warehouse information system. Perform job tasks in a manor to reduce adverse impact to the environment and adhere to environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal and all chemical usage and waste. Other duties as assigned: Identify quality and/or damage concerns and takes proper actions to prevent recurrence. Perform cleanup duties including, but not limited to workstations, transition building, and longboard area. Participate in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant. Comply with all plant rules, safety regulations, and JHA requirements.
